Chicago Ideas Week has taken over the city! Now through Sunday there are tons of events, talks, megatalks and labs that cover a wide range of industries, professions and ideas. 

I encourage everyone to check out the site, and if possible, attend an event or two! You never know who you might run into, or what inspiration you might uncover. The roster of speakers comes every discipline you could think of, from local artists and serial entrepreneurs to best selling authors (s/o Deepak CHopra) and world renown politicians.  SO much to learn, so little time!

Equally as impressive, Chicago’s Architectural Foundation is hosting its second annual Open House this weekend, October 13-14th.  

I know folks (like me) are always looking for new, fun and different things to do in the city.- this open house presents the perfect opportunity to experience something outside of the norm (awesome day date idea :] ).
